What Do You Secretly Desire?

Our desires are sacred.

I sensed it since I was a little girl, but my environment was not helping much to confirm my suspicions.

So like many people, as I grew older, I packed my desires, put them in the attic, closed the door and got used not to rummage around.

But I said «closed» not «locked».

Fortunately for me.

I’ve always been relentless and every now and then I gave myself permission to go to the attic, sit down by myself and play with my desires.

I imagined many stories about how they came to be, all the synchronicities that occurred for them to be a reality, and envisioned myself living them.

Those games saved me from forgetting my desires forever.

But desires are not meant to be stored.

Or remembered with nostalgia.

As passionately as one can.

Because when you live a desire,

… Consciousness expands in ecstasy.

… the Universe reorganizes Itself.

… you’re contributing to humanity’s evolution.

I bet you never thought about your desires that way, right?

But what if that’s what happens?

And what if by not living your desires… you’re dying?

I don’t have a problem with dying.

But I don’t want to yet.

I have many desires pending.

And by writing this series of posts, I’m reconnecting with my desires, and remembering why I’m so in love with Desire Map from Danielle LaPorte and why I certified myself as a DM Facilitator.

Because my call is to be a catalyst for transformation… and desires are so powerful they can unleash the true potential of humanity.

Let’s do this.

Let’s desire more.

Let’s live our desires more.

Do something you desire.

Don’t judge it. Just remember why you desire it, and go live it to the best of your abilities and without expectation.
